Discovered in 1825, the caves of Presque provide one of the most beautiful underground landscapes with concretions of all shapes and sizes.
You will see: - The walls of stalactites of the canopy and of the cottage, - The columns and the cascade of limestone, - The Pillars of Hercules, - The concretions hangings, - The big column - The candles, 8 to 10 meters high.

The tour lasts approximately 40 minutes.
The caves are open: - From February the 15th to July the 4th: from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., - From July the 5th to August the 25th: from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., - From August the 26th to September the 30th: from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., - From October the 1st to All Saints day: from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.

Access to the cave is easy, after that the 14 steps to reach it have been completed.

The concretions seen in the 4 rooms and in the Antinea Palace are so beautiful and so complementary to each other that we should talk about concreations.
