Description:

You can see the the farm animals in this center.

The merino sheep was introduced into France by Louis the XVIth in 1786 for the quality of wool, a herd that the King of France bought from his cousin King Charles III of Spain.
This sheep was raised on this farm which was intended from the beginning to be experimental.
Then it has continued to grow and to welcome new animals and to house new activities.

Planning:

Spend three hours to see and understand the life of the farm, the rearing sheep, the history of this unusual farm and the equestrian center is not too much.

Opening
From November the 1st to February the 28th on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
From March the 1st to October the 31st on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
School holidays (Area C ): Daily from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Closed from December the 25th to January the 12th. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.

Comments:

The barn includes also a national equestrian center where lessons (schools and higher education) are held.

Many activities are presented (at 3pm depending on the day)

And also:
- Small and sulky rides in a carriage on the farm (4pm, depending on the day)
- Milking goats (4:30pm - you can even learn!),
