The oil mill of the Roches is a traditional factory of walnut oil.You can see traditional machines used to make oil but also other products made with walnuts.
Planning:
The oil mill is open during regular business hours.An open door is held one weekend in December before Christmas.

Comments:
The oil mill rocks is the last oil mill in the region.It is possible for individuals to bring their own walnuts and leave with the oil that is made with them two hours later.

The oil mill of the Roches is located on the D14 (Loudon-Ternay road)
Loudon is located at 55km at the North of Poitiers.
From Poitiers, take the N147 towards Nantes / Angers / Parthenay / Mirebeau / Neuville / Loudon / Lencloitre.
Mouterre Silly is at a few kilometers at the South of Loudun (about 10km) via the D60.
