Description:

The Patek Philippe Museum is housed in a building dated from the beginning of the 20th century and includes:
- Large collections of watchs and emailleries made in Geneva, Switzerland and Europe, browsing the period from the 16th century to the 20th century,
- A library of over 7000 books related to the watch and to other linked activities.

The themed guided tours are suitable for all age groups.
Aimed to show you the world of watchmaking, they explain the following topics:
- The art of the fire or the porcelain used for watchs,
- The world of automatons,
- Geneva in the heart of time, cultural tour of the capital on the road of 'cabinoters'
- The time it is (for children from 8 to 16), discovery tour from the origins of watchmaking until today via the collections of the museum,
- The Nightingale (for children from 8 to 16), showing objects singing beautifully, marvelously decorated.

Planning:

The opening hours of the museum are:
- From Tuesday to Friday: from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
- On Saturdays: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

It is closed on Sundays, on Mondays and during bank holidays. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.

Comments:

The museum has an access for the disable persons.

Tours are done with a guide. They are in French on Saturdays at 2:00 p.m. and in English at 2:30 p.m.
By appointment, you can enjoy the guided tours in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese.

The entrance is free for people under 18 years old.
