The printing of the newspaper 'The Independent' (newspaper founded in 1878) is presented with all the machines that are still in working order.Demonstrations can show the beautiful machines in action.
All back issues made here are readable (locally).
Planning:
The museum is open from May the 15th to September the 3rd, daily from 15:00 to 19:00.The rest of the year, it is open from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 18:00. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.
Comments:
This building is a part of the eco-museum of the Bresse Bourguignonne.In addition to the printing factory, the museum hosts the works of contemporary artists from Bresse.
