The house of Bread is split in four areas:- Explanation of the techniques, how the bread is made everywhere on the planet, as well as machinery and bakeries
- Learning the manufacture of a good bread, with a tasting room
- Re-learn how to discover the taste of bread
- Presentation of the relational aspects and of the associations around the bread, from farmers, millers and grain to the bakers and you! You are the reason why all these trades are together!
Planning:
An hour and half to two hours allow you to learn much more about the bread.Visit the museum in the morning so that you will be able to enjoy the restaurant at the end of the visit!
The museum is closed Mondays and at lunchtime.
It is also closed on May the 1st, on July the 14th, on November the 1st, on December the 25th & 26th, and on January the 1st. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.
