The Air & Space Museum has two objectives:
- The conservation, enhancement and public presentation of the collections of France;
- To keep the memory of the site Le Bourget.

Spread over two areas of 125 000 m? and 130 000 m?, the museum has many permanent and temporary exhibitions with more than 20,000 objects and documents.
Also, ultimate frontier, Space, visible for instance through the museum's planetarium and via the rocket Ariane.
You can finger this destination by visiting the vast hall devoted to the space exploration.

A half-day is the minimum necessary to browse the museum.
However, lovers of the Air & Space will spend there many days!
The museum is open daily except Mondays and on December the 25th & on January the 1st.
The six 'lightning months', it is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., otherwise from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The museum is accessible to persons with mental disabilities, people with motor disabilities, and hearing impaired.
The provision of 2 wheelchair is possible.
Children under 14 must be accompanied for visiting the museum.
The museum entrance is free for everyone.

In December 2010 has been opoened a new permanent exhibition: the amazing saga of the helicopter.
