Created in 1828 by Felix-Archimede Pouchet, the Museum of Natural History of Rouen has over 800,000 objects spread over scenograhiques exhibitions with a total area of 2500m².
In terms of diversity, this museum of Natural History is the second richest in France after Paris one.

Several species now extinct on the planet are shown there.
