Since Hyères-les-Palmiers, come in the village of La Londe-les-Maures, then follow the road signs.
Coming from Bormes-les-Mimosas take the first exit La Londe: the park is located 200 meters away.

The Tropical Zoo is open on the following schedule:
- From June to September: daily from 09:30 to 19:00,
- In October, February-May: daily from 14:00 to 18:00,
- From November to January: Open Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and school holidays: from 14:00 to 17:00

In case of inclement weather, the zoo can be exceptionally closed.

The zoo is affiliated to several French, European and international organizations for the preservation of animals.
The park participates in many trade in animals in order to organize a backup of endangered species.

Visits are organized for schools for all grade levels, from kindergarten to primary, and activity books have been set up by the tropical zoo to accompany young visitors.

During school holidays and weekends, events are held twice a day.
These animations are the meeting place for animal trainers who can then answer to all of your questions.

Dogs are not allowed in the park.

Since the park is very dry, it is also forbidden to smoke in the park.
