Description:

Farm of Boinchoux shows you the rural life of Auvergne, at the early of the 19th century.

Thanks to a very nice scenography and to special effects, you will share the daily life of Marthe and Gaston.

The songs in patois accompany you throughout your visit, and in the common room, from in the attic to the barn or in the kitchen, you will discover the local traditions that make the charm of the region.

Finally, you'll discover the steps of the manufacture of a celebrity that is involved in this attraction: the Saint-Nectaire cheese ...

Planning:

The tour lasts approximately one hour.

The farm is open at the following hours:
- From November to January: open on Sundays, bank holidays and school holidays from 13:00 to 17:30 (closed from November the 12th to December the 19th),
- In February, March & October: Open on Sundays, bank holidays and school holidays (except on Saturdays) from 11:00 to 17:30,
- In April: open from the 5th every day from 11:00 to 18:00,
- In May, June & September: open from Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 18:00, and on Sundays, bank holidays and weekends of May the 1st and of the Ascension, open from 10:30 to 18:00,
- In July and August: open daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

The last visitor is accepted 40 minutes before the closure of the farm. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.

The farm is accessible to disable persons.
